The Kite Flyers · Brand Health Dashboard
Your team enters the month's numbers. The dashboard turns them into one Brand Health Score out of 100, shows what moved and why, and keeps a record of every change. Here is each screen and what it does.
Illustrative numbers. Right-hand column shows each pillar's weight.
Every screen supports one simple cycle that repeats each month.
Type each KPI's value for the month into one grid, with a comment or evidence link where useful.
Each KPI is measured against its target, rolled up into pillars, and combined into the score out of 100.
Read the dashboard, open a pillar, then a single KPI to see its trend and where it is heading.
Handle unusual spikes, adjust targets for the months ahead, lock the month and download a report.
…and next month, the same cycle starts again.
29 KPIs grouped into 5 pillars. The pillar weights add up to 100, and the Owner can adjust them.
Two kinds of KPI: growth KPIs are measured against last month (for example, +10% subscribers), and count KPIs are measured against a monthly number (for example, 1 podcast episode).
Everyone signs in with their own email and password. There are two roles, and the brand always keeps at least one Owner.

Your own account details and role.
You can't change your own role. Only an Owner can, from the Users screen.
From the headline score down to a single KPI.
The month at a glance.
Shows "27 of 29 KPIs scored" when some KPIs need another month of data. The score is never stretched to fill the gap.
One screen for each of the 5 pillars.
A KPI with no value shows a dash, never a zero.
The full story of one KPI.
The forecast appears after two months of data. It is a guide only and never changes the score.
The one screen the whole team uses every month.
A grid of all 29 KPIs, grouped by pillar. Pick the month, type in the values, save.
A blank box stays blank; it is not counted as zero. Clearing a box removes that value. If a save fails, everything you typed stays on screen.
Connect YouTube and Instagram so their KPIs fill in by themselves each month.
Built last, because Instagram access needs Meta's approval (2–4 weeks, outside our control). Until then, these KPIs are entered by hand.
Owner-only controls that shape how the score is worked out.
Decide how much each KPI counts.
Can't be saved unless the active weights add up to exactly 100.
Set what "good" looks like for each KPI: a growth % or a monthly count.
Changes apply from the chosen month onward. Past months, and any month already locked, keep the targets they had.
Handle one-off jumps, like a post going viral, so they don't distort the trend.
A fix only adjusts the starting point for the following month. The number that was entered is never changed.
What changed, and a copy to share.
A running record of setup changes.
Only the KPIs that actually changed are listed, one line each.
Download a month's report to share.
Report numbers always match the dashboard exactly, because both come from the same calculation.
Who has access, and how the brand is named.
Manage the team's access.
The last remaining Owner can't be removed or downgraded, so the brand is never locked out.
The brand's details.
The brand's account details are shown for reference and can't be edited here.
These keep the score honest and trustworthy month after month.
Changing a weight or target never rewrites earlier months, so your trend line always reflects what was true at the time.
A missing number sits out of the score instead of dragging it down, and the dashboard says how many KPIs were scored.
The dashboard, pillar pages, drill-downs and reports all use the same calculation, so they always agree.
Once the Owner locks a month, a snapshot of its score and the numbers behind it is saved and can't be overwritten.
Weight, target, KPI and spike changes are logged with who made them and when.
What each role can see and do is checked on the server, not just hidden in the menu.
